Robert W. Shively is a skilled and experienced mediator who has helped businesses and individuals resolve legal disputes for more than two decades. Since completing his dispute resolution training in 1999, he has successfully mediated over 1,000 disputes across the state of Nebraska.
Mr. Shively has specialized in civil litigation for over 35 years, with an emphasis in tort and insurance law. He has served as lead counsel for clients in hundreds of lawsuits throughout the state, and has tried numerous cases to conclusion through jury and bench trials. This experience, combined with a highly energetic and passionate approach to dispute resolution, provides the foundation for Mr. Shively’s services as a mediator.
Mr. Shively can host multi-party mediations in the spacious facilities at Shively Law Group. Multiple conference rooms are available, and there is ample and convenient free parking. Mr. Shively also travels throughout the state to conduct mediations at locations chosen by the parties. He also provides mediation services through Zoom video conferencing.
